Everyone has grief. Even your Grief Coach.
I’m in the grief journey of “firsts.”
My beautiful Mom died in May of this year. She’s the only person I know who has had three types of cancer. I was numb on my first Mother’s Day without her. Then came the first Grandparents Day,
Thanksgiving, and now my first holiday season without her—my favorite time of year feels so different.
If you’re also walking through your own “firsts” (or even “seconds” and “thirds” that still ache), you’re not alone.
That’s why Ann Klossing and I are hosting Tender Holidays: A Mastermind for Grieving Hearts—a free small group where we’ll gently name these grief set points and practice loving ourselves through them.
No pressure to be “over it.” Just a warm space to be real, witnessed, and supported.
